The HIOKI ST5520 Insulation Tester is a professional high-speed insulation resistance tester designed for production, quality-control, laboratory, and automated testing applications. It provides programmable DC test voltages from 25V to 1000V in 1V increments and insulation resistance measurement up to 9990 MΩ.
Designed for fast production environments, the ST5520 can provide PASS/FAIL assessment in as little as 50 ms. Built-in contact-check and short-circuit-check functions help identify poor test connections and potential defects before or during insulation testing.
