The Keyence VG-300 is a high-precision laser micrometer controller (amplifier unit) designed for use with Keyence VG series CCD laser micrometer sensors. It processes measurement signals from the sensor head to deliver accurate, non-contact dimensional measurement of objects such as wires, tubes, glass, and machined components.

Engineered for industrial automation and inspection applications, the VG-300 provides stable, high-speed measurement with excellent repeatability and linearity. It features digital controls, multiple output options, and communication interfaces for integration into PLC and quality control systems.

The controller supports HI/GO/LO judgment outputs, enabling real-time pass/fail inspection in production environments, while analog and digital outputs allow easy data collection and system integration.
