Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods
Most of our items are in stock and ship within 24 hours of order receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). We primarily ship using UPS and do not deliver to PO Boxes. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, allowing you to track your order on the UPS website.
Please note:
- Estimated delivery times for orders within the lower 48 states are 3–5 business days after shipment.
- Shipping insurance, covering the full value of your purchase, is automatically included in the shipping cost.
- Some orders may arrive in separate packages. If this occurs, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
- E-Machinery Hub LLC reserves the right to adjust shipping charges calculated in the shopping cart to correct any miscalculations or errors in UPS’s rate calculation tool. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss the updated shipping cost.
Handling Delays
While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, high order volume, or carrier delays may affect the delivery timeline. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment only. You must bring the following:
- Order confirmation form
- Valid ID
- A signed acceptance of pickup form
APO & FPO Addresses
We regret that we do not ship to APO & FPO addresses at this time.
International Shipping
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us for a quote. Please note:
- All import duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as these vary by country.
- Check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before contacting us.
- No returns or refunds will be accepted or issued for international shipments.
